Shateaux was built with a long-term vision — not just to own real estate, but to invest in communities and create places people are proud to call home, work, or visit.

What began as a shared dream between a husband and wife has grown into a diverse portfolio of properties across the Gulf Coast, the Piney Woods, the Brazos Valley, and the rolling countryside of Northwest Louisiana. Along the way, our family has grown as well, and today we're proud to be raising our two children while continuing to build a business centered on hard work, integrity, and long-term investment.

Unlike many companies in the industry, we own every property in our portfolio. We don't manage properties for third parties or act as a middleman. When you lease with Shateaux, you're leasing directly from the owner.

Our portfolio includes vacation rentals, long-term residential homes, commercial spaces, agricultural land, mineral leases, and hunting property. Every property is one we've chosen to invest in because we believe in its community and its future.

Because we own what we lease, you'll work directly with the people who are invested in the property's success. There are no call centers or layers of property management — just a straightforward relationship built on trust, accountability, and responsive service.
